Michelle Blair is our Office and Billing Manager. She is a Certified Professional Coder since 2005. She has been with the practice since 1990 and is available for all of your practice and billing needs.
Nursing Staff
Jackie B, RN: Jackie began her career at Cayuga ENT in 2008 as an LPN and is now an RN after successfully completing the Nursing Program through TC3 in the Spring of 2023.
Tina DeForest, CMA- Medical/Office Asisstant- Tina obtained her Medical Assistant Certification through San Joaquin Valley College in 2018. She joined the practice in March 2017.
Jeremy Brong, LPN- Jeremy has been an LPN since 2009, he obtained his training from Onondaga-Cortland-Madison County BOCES. He was rehired by Cayuga ENT in 07/2020 after a short hiatus.
Sarah Kirkey, MA joined our practice in May 2022.
Jessica Harrison, MA joined our practice in June 2010.
The Cayuga ENT Support Staff
Shaylea, Jennifer and Kelley. are our front desk receptionists. They are responsible for welcoming our patients and assisting you with whatever you need to make your visit a pleasant one. In addition they will schedule appointments, organize your medical records and answer any questions you have, either in person or over the phone. Please remember that our receptionists are not medical or billing specialists if they are unable to answer your questions directly, they will direct you to the correct person.
